Shipping & Returns

 

No Returns Allowed

We do not accept returns for any products once an order has been placed and delivered. All sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. To qualify, contact us within 3 days of delivery, include your order number, and attach clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll ship a free replacement. 

Lost Order (Carrier Issue)

If your shipment appears lost in transit, contact us within 20 days of placing your order. Provide your order number and confirm your shipping address. Once verified, we’ll send a one-time free replacement for that order.

Late Shipping

We are not responsible for carrier-related delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.

Order Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders cannot be adjusted once placed. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to sender, we can reship to a corrected address; an additional shipping charge may apply.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your building/receiving area first. Then contact the carrier to initiate a trace. We’ll help where we can, but replacements for packages marked “Delivered” are handled case-by-case.

Shipping Regions & Timing

We currently ship to most U.S. addresses. Processing typically begins soon after checkout so we can’t guarantee edits or cancellations. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.


Orders & Subscriptions

 

Orders Cannot Be Adjusted Once Placed

To keep fulfillment fast and fresh, we can’t modify items, quantities, addresses, or cancel after checkout.

How Subscriptions Work

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment method is stored securely and will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to prepay. Some plans auto-renew; you can cancel anytime to prevent renewal.

Manage, Pause, or Cancel Anytime

Your order confirmation emails include a link to manage your subscription (change next ship date, skip, pause, or cancel). Changes made after a charge is processed will apply to the next cycle.

Billing & Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, the system will retry automatically. Please update your card or billing details promptly to avoid shipment delays.

Subscription Discounts & Pricing

Any subscribe-and-save discounts are shown at checkout. If we ever update product pricing, we’ll reflect changes on future cycles and notify you via email when required.

Shipping Address Updates for Subscriptions

Update your address in the subscription portal before your next charge. Once an order is processing or shipped, we can’t reroute it.

What makes RICA different?

We’re crafted from 100% Mexican, high-elevation Arabica beans sourced from family farms in Chiapas. It’s a rare origin that yields a bold, smooth, and full-bodied cold brew.

How much caffeine is in a can?

Our Mexican Dark Roast cold brew delivers 250 mg of naturally sourced caffeine per 12 oz can, among the most energizing options on the market.

Are your cans shelf-stable?

Yes our cold brew is shelf-stable and ready-to-drink. We recommend chilling before enjoying for the best flavor. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 3–4 days.

What are the ingredients?

Our Mexican Dark Roast is simply coffee and filtered water. Flavored cans (e.g., Mexican Chocolate, Mexican Vanilla) start with our single-origin cold brew and get additions of authentic flavor components. Always check the product label for the most current ingredient list.

Do you use artificial sweeteners?

No. RICA products use clean, purposeful ingredients and no artificial sweeteners.

Is your coffee low-acid?

Yes. Our beans and brewing process create a smooth, low-acid profile that’s easy to enjoy black or over ice.

How should I serve it?

Chill, crack, and pour over ice. Our cans are dosed for freshness; a light hiss on opening is normal. Enjoy straight or with your favorite add-ins.
