The coffee beans we use to craft our cold brew are grown in volcanic soil at high altitude in the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico. The altitude, the soil, and the climate give the beans a bold, complex profile: dark chocolate flavor notes, a smooth finish and no bitterness. We source from Grupo Toscaf’s network of family farms in the region because the origin is the product.
